C:Product characteristics:

2.The cleaning section adopts special protection. The three pairs of brushes all use soft high-temperature wires to prevent the coated glass film layer from being damaged. The glass conveying section is equipped with an automatic recognition system for coated glass to fully ensure the correct cleaning and lamination of coated glass.
3.Glass cleanliness check function: through the combination of dark blue background and white fluorescent lamp, it is convenient to check the cleanliness of the glass surface.
4.The supporting wheel transmission function of the air-drying chamber: The traditional structure uses a multi-channel roller clamping method to drive the glass out of the drying chamber, which easily causes clamp marks on the glass surface. Automatic Sealing Robot:GM2030
1.Adopting Japanese Yaskawa servo bus control system, the technology is mature and the operation is stable and reliable.
2.The sealling machine adopts four-stage independent operation. When the glass length is greater than 1.75 meters, the whole section is linked. When the glass length is less than 1.75 meters, each section operates independently to maximize the glue speed.
3.The electronic proportioning system is used to control the glue mixing ratio, which is easy to adjust and the proportion is accurate. It is especially suitable for high-efficiency curtain wall glass gluing. The glue is automatically adjusted according to the glue width and glue amount depth, and can meet the needs of aluminum strip width glueing from 6A to 27A.
4.The input and output are transported by full servo motors, which have large bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency. The glued glass is output by a specially designed transmission system of tank chains, which can automatically center according to the thickness of the glass to prevent sticking.
5.Three-glass and two-chamber glass can be sealled in one , and the glue can be applied cleanly and quickly.
6.Applicable types of glue: two-component polysulfide glue or silicone sealant and silicone structural glue.
7.Adopting motion controller and touch screen operating system, simple operation and stable operation
